At Breezy Simply Spotless, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your personal information from our systems at any time. This includes data collected through our website, booking system, and any third-party login methods such as Facebook or Google.

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• Your booking history
• Your profile picture
• Any preferences or settings associated with your account
• Marketing email subscriptions

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, or to complete any outstanding transactions.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact us using one of the methods below. We will process your request within 30 days.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• The type of data you want deleted
• Any account ID or booking reference numbers (if available)

Facebook Login Data

If you signed in using Facebook, your connection to our app can also be removed directly through Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find Breezy Simply Spotless → click Remove. This will revoke our app's access to your Facebook data. To also delete your data from our servers, please contact us using the methods above.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
